Are you ready to take you diving to new levels?
The PADI Advanced Open Water diver course is all about excitement and experience. It’s designed so you can take it straight after your Open Water course. This course will increase your confidence and scuba skills so you become more comfortable in the water. Being able to dive deeper will open up many of the worlds dive sites for exploration.
The Advanced Open Water course consists of five different fun and exciting adventure dive. You will do 2 mandatory core dives and be given the opportunity to choose a further 3 adventure dives, based on your own interest.
The core dives are the Deep dive (to 30 meters) and the Underwater Navigation dive. These dives will give you the skills to explore to much greater depths and navigate the underwater world with much more confidence.
An additional 3 adventure dives will be chosen from the following options, based on the groups' preferences.

This is by far one of the most fun courses and will allow you to develop skills that can bring your diving to new levels. Knowledge reviews will be completed for each Adventure Dive and these can be done in your own time through PADI's online e-Learning platform.

Who can take the course?
Anyone above the age of 15 who are certified PADI Open Water Divers.
How much will it cost?
The PADI Advanced open water course costs €420. An initial deposit of €150 will be required on booking in order to secure your place & receive your PADI learning materials.
How long will the course take?
The course consists of five different adventure dives and can be completed in one evening & two full days.
What is included?
All dive equipment is supplied so all you need to bring is a swimsuit. All safety equipment and insurance are provided, with instruction from an experienced qualified PADI Instructor. Price includes all PADI fees and course materials.
Where will dives take place?
The deep dive & one other will take place in the safe surroundings of Portroe Quarry, Co.Tipperary. Other dives will take place in dive sites close to Roberts Cove,Co.Cork.
